- I love you more than anything in the world, Lia!- I love you more than anything in the world, Ima! Tomorrow I will make a painting for you!
And thank you for dinner!
Amen!
Oh my little Lia, I love you so much!
Me, my life, my world through the lens, and the people who are part of me and the air that I breathe: Mikey, Lia and Maya.
- I love you more than anything in the world, Lia!
Tomorrow night we celebrate Passover. It's a celebration of freedom. From the time when the people of Israel lived in Egypt and were slaves. For me it's about celebrating any kind of non-slavery and having the freedom to live the way we choose. I am very grateful for the life I have, life with my amazing family, great friends, full of art and creativity and of course health. Life.
There was a gala at the temple last Sat. night. It was an art show with more than 100 art works done by Israeli artists. Some of them were purchased and all that money was a donation for the temple and our preschool. I had my little contribution there too. I photographed all the preschool kids (77 of them) - black&white portraits and each one of them in their own mat had their art work next to the portrait. It all came out great.
